- 8 oz uncooked macaroni
- One tablespoon butter
- One tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 0.3 tablespoon sea salt
- 0.1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 0.5 cup whole milk
- 0.1 cup sour cream or yogurt

- Follow the instructions present in the package of macaroni to cook it. Add about ¼ tablespoon salt to the water used to boil the macaroni. After the macaroni is cooked, drain the water out and keep the macaroni aside.

- Take flour, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl and mix it thoroughly. After mixing it properly and keep it aside.
- Take a small saucepan and heat it at a medium flame. Place butter in it and melt it.

- Cook the mixture for about 2 min till it becomes slightly brown.

- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir the mixture till the sauce gets evenly distributed over the macaroni.
- Cooldown the dish for 3-5 minutes till the sauce gets thickened and sticks to the macaroni. Serve it warm.
- Store it in an airtight container.
